除了锅贴,其他这两碟炸料我完全不知是什么名堂。可是中间那盘炸料挺不错吃,有新鲜的鸭蛋黄和虾仁。

吃点心最不容错过的就是虾饺和烧卖,虽然最普通可是也是最考功夫的点心。
爱吃虾绝不能错过他们的虾饺皇。他们的虾饺皇并不是只有虾仁而已,里面还有剁碎的虾仁,很鲜甜。

他们的流沙包的流沙比我在外面吃得还要更水,才要一口,几乎整个包子里的流沙都漏出来了。流沙包真的蒸到非常烫,流沙包的流沙不小心流出来都烫到我的手即刻束手,真的是名副其实的流沙包。一个字,赞!

锦选香港点心不止卖传统的点心,他们也会创造出新与众不同的点心。在中式的点心也能加入西式的芝士和蚝,挺惊讶的,但好吃。

肚子已经差不多填满了,只尝了那么一口,他们的荷叶饭还可以而已,有点油也没有很香。

其实还有很多样点心我都没有记录到,但他们的点心几乎都不错。至于价钱是依据笼子的颜色计算的。

唯独我要说的是,他们的服务态度非常不好,很嚣张。这并不是我一人的意见而已,就连朋友也那么认为。我真的搞不懂为什么那么大一间店,但服务态度且那么嚣张呢?

Literally, lao sar pao means 'flowing sand bun', and I can see why. Served hot, this bun has a soft, thick liquid mixture inside that consist of salty egg yolk which tasted slightly sweet too. The golden yellow bun that covered the mixture was sweet. Once bitten, the sandy textured mixture will flow uncontrollably out. It's a task to deal with the flowing content as it can get quite messy but more importantly, it's DELICIOUS! I prefer to have this last to seal my stomach. The down side of this b

The golden yellow bun that covered the mixture was sweet. Once bitten, the sandy textured mixture will flow uncontrollably out. It's a task to deal with the flowing content as it can get quite messy but more importantly, it's DELICIOUS! I prefer to have this last to seal my stomach. The down side of this bun is that it HAS to be eaten hot. Anytime after the first minute will leave the inside hardened and won't flow as it should be, and takes out the novelty value and possibly taste too.

Hailed from the city of Shanghai, this cute little dim sum dish has made it's way around the globe and has become a sensational hit in most of the dim sum shops in Malaysia too. This is the first time I tried the xiao loong bao in Jin Xuan. I must say it's not a bad idea to order. The skin was thick enough to pouch the hot, savoury pork broth, along with the meat. If you ask me what the dish that I would definitely order in Jin Xuan, it must be the siew mai. I would say that this is the star of this dim sum shop. Each of this small, bite-sized dim sum has fresh, lightly seasoned minced pork meat. Each of them were wrapped in a thin siew mai skin and topped with red shrimp roe. The result? A scrumptious delight that will leave you craving for more!

It's quite a staple for my family to have loh mai kai in our dimsum gathering. I must say I'm a fan too. And the loh mai kai in Jin Xuang is quite nice too. The rice was steamed till soft. The sauce was mix of sweet and savoury. They give good amount of chicken thigh, chinese sausage and mushroom. Even without the meat, I would still go for the soft and nicely seasoned rice.

This is the first dish served when the whole family was seated. It was roasted with slightly charred bits and coated with a layer of glistened caramelized BBQ sauce. The meat was thick and chewy, not a bad thing. The taste was sweet mix savoury. It's quite a decent portion too, fit for a family to try out the taste. The chinese cabbage underneath is fresh, goes well wrapped and provides a fresh green taste to the otherwise strong porky flavour of the ribs.

华人都喜爱吃点心的。点心不止种类多,选择性也比较多。而且点心呀,样样都好吃。锦选香港点心在马来西亚已经有多间的分行了。锦选香港点心的点心很新鲜,价钱合理,而且服务态度也很好。这里的点心类,包类之外,更推介猪肠粉和萝卜糕。

蛋挞是我最喜欢吃的点心之一,所以只要他们的蛋挞好吃的话,我是会故意回来只是吃他们的蛋挞,虽然我在别的地方有吃过好吃的蛋挞,但他们的确实是不错的,酥皮很脆,虽然蛋有点稍硬,但是可以接受。

came here for supper as they open till 1am it's the best time to come after work especially when craving to have dim sum at late night.. they serve really good dim sum here however the price is quite expensive... i paid RM50 something just for 2 persons.. did not order a lot too.. loves their siu mai and har gao ~~~ very tasty it is easy to find parking at night but will be hard to get parking in the morning..

At first glance, Jin Xua Hong Kong Restaurant may look like those chinese cafe similar to Kim Gary’s (air conditioned). Once inside, it’s a busy restaurant with staff going around with many varieties of dim sum. Even the lcd on the wall is displaying their dim sum chooses. Rite, just like shopping for clothing, I did have difficulty deciding which to order since everything looks so nice. We ended up picking the most common of all dim sums, and it didn’t turn out to be that common after all.Dim

The simple pork rice noodle roll and fish ball gets my vote! It is naturally sweet, without adding any sauce. I liked the cabbage steamed together with the fish ball. Both is light and is good to taste without filling up our stomach capacity. Prawn dumplings and ‘siu mai’, both is a MUST try. Its huge (bigger than most I’ve tried), and juicy too!

Specialty dim sum – Tempura style durian dim sum and pineapple bun. Both crispy from the outside. I can feel the moist paste melting in my mouth, yummy! Sesame ball dim sum is super crunchy. Not too sweet at all. Salad prawn is big and fresh, served hot.

The restaurant is nicely renovated with half open and half air conditioned. The restaurant is very packed and we need to get numbers to be wait to be sitted. After about 10 minutes wait, we finally had our seat.We ordered some of the dim sum.Thousand year egg & pork congee is as normal with the ingridients below the congee but taste wise is not really smoothTaste: 3/5Price: RM 4.00Siew mai is slightly meaty and the taste is moderate only.Taste: 3/5Price: RM 4.50
