招牌菜
虾酱花腩有别我吃过加上咸鱼的花腩煲。花腩切薄片和长豆(蛇豆) 与虾酱(shrimp paste) 爆炒。长豆熟软充分吸入虾酱味,香气迫人。另一道我个人喜欢的是梅菜季豆。很创意的配搭,这四季豆的甜脆度与梅菜一起进食,有另一番的风味。这里的Otak 煎蛋也是好吃,好大份,不会煎的油油的,让人吃的停不了口。除了这几道我为大家推荐的菜肴,当然还有其它价钱公道,美味佳肴值得我们去品尝。

Although i can cook but i really don't know how to cook this dish - maybe this is why i order it for dinner today This is a curry vegetables with some sotong which i strongly recommend you to order.The taste of the curry were just nice i think they did but in some satan - normally food that cooked with santan can not leave over night as it will spoil.If i were to rate this i would probably give 9/10

今天决定跟家人来个简单的三菜一汤的晚餐,我们点了咕噜肉,清炒番薯叶,星光豆腐以及一个汤,简简单单又一餐。这里的厨房的效率还蛮高的,我们没等很久就有得吃了,味道也不错的,只是那咕噜肉做得有点太多汁。

I am not familiar with this area of Puchong Jaya but I see that Home Kitchen is one of the very popular restaurant there serving all kinds of Chinese cuisine. The restaurant itself gives a homey feel, with air-condition. Here it is recommended to have family gathering under the traditional setting. I love the salted egg prawn balls, which is so juicy with thick coating of salted egg yolks. Surprisingly, the coating is very thick but not dry at all. It balances up the flavours of sweet succulent prawns in the inside and saltiness on the outside. The prawns are really fresh and huge. Pricewise, my wallet is very satisfied after the delicious meal.
