这里最著名的客家美食就是客家刀嘛切,价钱Rm 14.90一碗。这客家刀切板面,是配上特制的酸辣辣椒酱和酥脆的蔣鱼仔一起吃。里面还有菜,肉丸和蘑菇切片。汤非常的浓,而且就算把汤喝完也不会很口渴。刀麻切煮的很刚好。非常的赞! 繼續閱讀

这里的客家算盘子是由八十巴仙削了皮的芋头和二十巴仙的糯米粉做成的,小巧可爱,炒时再放入肉碎,菜圃,木耳,冬菇,吊片,葱却没有加入任何酱料,所以没有盖着算盘子的味道。 繼續閱讀

We visited their branch at The Curve to try the poon choi. Their smallest serving is recommended for five people, but we assured the waiter that two of us could gobble it all up. The "big bowl feast" came with braised pork, prawns, chicken, mushrooms, beancurd and veggies over a layer of noodles.Everything tasted ordinary, without the magical synergy for which poon choi is renowned. Maybe it was because they inserted lots of noodles, instead of more diverse ingredients such as duck and fish. Ying Ker Lou Restaurant is located in the 2nd floor of the Gardens Shopping Mall in Mid Valley. This restaurant is serving a wide variety of chinese cuisines, specialize with Hakka dishes.Barley and Sugar Cane A nice, cold and sweet "leung cha"Traditional Pan Mee The Pan Mee was soft and smooth, not too thick. This dish serves along with chewy and bouncy pork balls, mushrooms and crispy and crunchy fried anchovies. The soup was nice, not too salty.Ban Tiao with Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs The ban tio and pork ribs were delicious. They tasted sweet and sour and also a bit spicy. Final dish arrived, Braised Pork Belly with Yam, small portion cost RM29.00 and large portion cost RM52.00 before tax. It served with sliced cucumbers and baby tomato. Love the taste. Done it very well. The pork belly and yam were both braised so well that the gravy was completely absorbed into it.
