Normally when it comes to a buffet style of restaurant i would expect to cook everything my self especially a steamboat buffet restaurant but not to i know when i order this i was told that they will grill it for us as the stove is located at a open space - i'm sitting at an indoor seat.We had ordered two different meat here - pork and chicken.They had grill it with tepanyaki sauce - some japanese style of grill. i like the pork more as the sauce had absorbed into the pork compare to the chicken. If i were to rate this i would give 8/10

这里的寿喜烧料就好像店名，豪气啊~ 料多，汤多，酱汁多。所有的蔬菜，姑类，鱼丸，猪肉丸等等都是你能吃多少就要多少，店家会应顾客的要求补给所需要的。还有，大家记得别浪费食物噢。而你一坐下呢，店员会问你是要选猪肉或则牛肉套餐，如果你要的是猪肉，那么你的猪肉片就会一直被补给，一直到你吃饱咯。
