hui lau shan has now moved from being soley a mango dessert stall by offering customers with savoury snacksthe deep fried yam cake looked really nice in the picture but then images are of illustration onlythere were 3 pieces of yam cake they were hard on the outside and soggy on the insideit was oily as wellit was served with a side of sweet chili sauce but it didn't improve the taste

hui lau shan at tropicana city mall is located on the ground floorand it has a few small tables to cater to a crowd of about 20 people at one timethe double boiled dessert is always a craving of mine because it feels so much more healthier than a mango sago dessert with a lot of cream and sugarthe double boiled dessert had red dates and snow fungus

hui lau shan is also available in Shanghai!but i am not sure if the menu is the sameit is customary when you go to hui lau shan you order something that is made of mangoi ordered the mango sago dessert which has a scoop of mango ice cream, sago, and fresh mango fleshthe dessert is cool and refreshing

Hui Lau Shan is newly opened in Tropicana City Mall. The area was not spacious, which makes it not very comfortable. My friend and I ordered mango carnival to share since we just had our dinner. You can choose 3 types of dessert for this mango carnival. We chose mango pancake, mini chocolate crisp and mango chewy ball. this pamelo mango dessert is very interesting because i never thought that pamelo and mango could ever go togetherthis dessert has cubes of ripe mango and mango ice cream which actually taste more like cold mango fleshand pamelo on one sidei think the chef must have gone through the trouble to pick the best pamelo because something pamelo is bitterbut in this dessert they all have to be sweet
