这家的牛肉面也能吃的？？！！   完全没味道，一点牛肉味也没有！ 别说牛肉味了，就连平常普通味道都没有！  根本就像是吃清汤面那样！ 可以说是我吃过的牛肉面最差的了！  不是我搞破坏还是什么。。 句句讲真话！吃过的档口的，mall里的牛肉面都好吃过这间多多声！！  就是因为看到很多人吃。。 就觉得应该是很好吃。。。 再加上本人超喜欢吃牛肉面结果吃了，超级超级大失所望！！！！   满心期待的吃它的牛肉面，结果给我来一碗这样“烂”的东西！ 真心说一句，还不如普通档口那些味道！ 这里的介绍竟然还敢介绍“牛肉面”？？？？？？？ 是没有吃过牛肉面是吗？？   对了，另外那个什么木瓜水的。。 忘了。。 也是不好喝！！！ 更觉得奇怪怎么还有这么多人去吃。。 纯粹是崇台心态吗？？  只要是台湾的东西就是好的？？  还是说他们是吃别的东西？  没吃牛肉面？？  别的东西还可以？   牛肉面还是台湾的招牌食物之一。。。 这间台湾料理店竟然可以给我做到这样烂！！！我真的真的很奇怪为什么还有这么多人吃。。（是没吃过好吃的东西？ 舌头有问题？ 还是崇台？） 害我被这股人潮骗了。。 价钱又贵！（本来价钱不是问题，

Fong Lye is a very popular chain for Taiwanese Cuisine and serves pretty good food. The problem is, this branch at The Gardens is always packed! If you have the patience to wait to get a table, you'll be sure to be treated to a satisfying meal. Three cup chicken is a dish that I will order whenever I visit Fong Lye. It is so good and well cooked there. It came in a combo set with three side dishes, one today's soup, one bowl of minced meat rice and one hot pot of this three cup chickens. The chicken is well absorbed with the sauce, they did a good marination too. Sauce which is the thick soy sauce is mixed with some other secret recipe that make it sweet and salty. Very nice to eat with rice and this is what I will recommend! Portion

蓬萊茶房昰知名度與人氣都相當高的臺灣餐廳大家都說很這家餐廳很客滿，有時候還必須排隊等候。蓬莱茶房的服務不錯, 用餐環境舒適乾淨, 餐廳行銷做得不錯。我喜歡吃這裏的三杯雞。套餐價位平均約RM25, 有主菜, 3樣配菜, 一碗肉燥飯, 一碗湯, 擺設滿精緻, 和一盤三杯雞。三杯雞很鲜甜，也有少许的五香粉味。食物分量也很足够。

The black pepper sauce is well blended into the meat and the meat texture is soft and delicious.One of my favourite too that comes with side Dishes. The rice is served in a bento box and there are some kimchi to go with it. The side dish is braised tofu and fried pork. Comes with soup, its a hearty and full meal. The place is nice, however the setting sometimes can be a little cram with people at peak hours.

Fong Lye restaurant is a good quick lunch place when I am around mid valley.One of my favourite chicken chop rice set comes with side Dishes. Each rice set comes with 3 side dishes & a bowl of braised pork rice ("ru rou fan" in Mandarin). The side dish can vary from Brinjal, fried tofu, salad, or even fish balls at times. The chicken chop is very tasty, fried into golden brown and crispy. Chicken meat is tender and still juicy despite on a high heat fried.

This Taiwan restaurant in The Gardens Mid Valley is well saught for for Chinese, and a peak during lunch or dinner. In fact, if you come later than 630pm, you are likely to wait and numbers are given for the queue. With all these hassle , patrons still do not mind to wait for their seat, sometimes at peak hour I am being offered a small drink while waiting. How nice and good service. The Famous dish is Three Varieties of Supreme Chicken set. The meat was tender and went well with the gravy. and

Steam Fish with Pineapple set. The steamed fish took quite some time to arrive. The fish was being put on top of a wrapped polysterene paper to prevent it from over-burnt by the fire below. It was topped with some parsley. The fish was soft but the taste was sweet due to the pineapple maybe. The soy sauce was not salty. It was quite a clear and bland dish, not for the heavy-flavour person.

Taiwan Chicken Chop Taiwan is famous for its deep fried chicken chop, of course Fong Lye does offers it. The chicken chop came in a big pieces and it was deep fried till golden brown, it was slightly oily since it was being deep fried. No doubt the skin was very crispy, but the meat was slightly dry. The marination tasted not too salty but somewhat similar to a taiwan chicken chop stall in night market.

Fresh Tomato Fried Egg with Fish. This was indeed a special dish as the combination was unique: tomato with fried egg with fish. The dish came in quite a lot of tomato gravy. There were lots of fresh tomatoes in it, it doent taste like tomato sauce at all. It was sweet and thick. The egg game some texture to the gravy. The fish was soft, fresh and not fishy taste. Not a bad combination.

Lotus Soup and Lou Yuk RiceThe lotus soup was not oily, tasted quite nice, at least it doesn't taste like drinking water like that, since it was not diluted. Mine came with one big piece of lotus and a piece of chicken.Rice with braised pork. This bowl of rice was fantastic. The braised pork was so flavourful, very well marinated. The meat has some fats in it to make it tender, slightly salty.

Mix Seafood & Meat Set Meal. It came with a steamboat with the ingredients already inside, a plate of stir fried chicken and a bowl of rice. The steamboat consisted crab, prawns, crab stick, beancurd, fish ball, egg with fish paste etc. The soup tasted very sweet, somewhat tasted like miso soup as well. This set comes with a plate of stir fried chicken. It was quite nice and the seafood was fresh.

Taiwan Steam Boat Set. It came with a small size steamboat with soup, a bowl of glass noodles, a bowl of chilli and a plate of ingredients. The ingredients consisted of corn (mini-size), crab sticks, beef ball, egg with fish paste, mushroom, lamb slices, lala, beancurd and vegetables. The chili dipping sauce was very hot. The ingredients were fresh. The beef balls were springy. The soup was bland.
