For a big eater like me, the portion does not disapoint me~~ordered the steam pork rice which is recommended by the chef...taste quite ok~~not too fancy but just like how my mom make it The place is comfortable and nicely built...another point worth mention is the quality service from the staff...hope they continue to deliver such quality..Not to forget the dessert~~Jelly inside a whole coconut, again portion is fantastic, suggest to share with your love ones~~ the taste.....sweetness is just nice and able to retain the fragrance of the santan....recommended~~!! 繼續閱讀

One of my favourite lunchtime restaurant is none other than Steam Room. It's dishes are consistently great and healthy. They uses very little oil and alot of the dishes are steamed, just like their name. This time, I ordered the ginger pork minced meat steam rice. The ginger eliminated the porky smell of the minced pork since it's steamed. The ginger alone also was very fragrant. The pork was thoroughly cooked and went well with the rice and vege. 这一款是他们的甜点。这一款甜点集合了不同的水果,有切丁的芒果,草莓,柚子等等。还有一些口感软软的jelly。淋上柠檬汁,味道合起来酸酸甜甜的,有各种不同味道的水果配搭,很有层次感。 繼續閱讀

因为在场有不吃猪肉的朋友在,所以选了一碟主厨特别推荐的芥兰炒饭...用的芥兰都很新鲜,一咬就断,而且炒饭火候十足...吃着吃着,发现相似猪肉的物体在里面,心想糟了!正打算要向服务生查询时,朋友说道当它是鸡就算了...到最后,我们都不知道那是什么肉... 繼續閱讀

这个绍兴花雕蒸明虾卖相让我失望了啦。因为里面的虾子一点都不吸引,看起来不够大,所以我宁愿厨师不要把虾子剪开了,剪开后因为肉不肥美的关系,肉质都不够挺。不过味道很香酒味,很下饭。 繼續閱讀
