在蒲种试了这么多间肉骨茶，还是这里最正！汤 -- 不像其他淡淡的汤底，这里的汤底彻底温暖你的胃，药材味恰到好处，不太浓（至苦），刚刚好。免费添加金针菇/油炸鬼 -- 肉骨茶的好拍档，每每一定另外添加这两样。豆腐干也不错。玻璃生菜 -- 肉骨茶的另一好拍档。淡淡的菜香，无需添加蚝油已经不错。菜滚得刚刚好，不会太老，脆脆的。干肉骨茶 -- 话说这里著名干肉骨茶。吊片与干辣椒把所有味道带出，香溢无比。就算只吃吊片也超级过瘾！肉质刚好，不太硬，香料的味道太强，不太能吃出猪肉的骚味，反而觉得奇香无比。

This bah kut teh store is famous of its dried bah kut teh. So whenever I visit this store, I will just ordered bah kut teh because the soup bah kut teh is tastes normal only. But the bah kut teh is really very nice. It is rich in flavor and they put in many cuttlefish and chilis to make it more fragant. Other than that, we also ordered oily vegetables as side dish. It just tastes normal.

first time visit yap chuan @ puchong...after drive around 1 hour ..finally we reach there to have our late dinner ...unfortunately , bz the time is too late...many of those ingredients are sold out...by the way, the most famous dry bak kut teh is still valid their dry bak kut teh have a alots of dry cili and fingerlady inside...the gravy is not too spicy nor sweet...taste is balanced well..otak-otak ??ya.. thats otak-otak from muar!!the taste is slightly less spicy than other otak-otak...this is more to light taste..rm 13extra added fu chok..cost rm4 ..wet bak kut teh ...add rm4 gam zam mushroom..nice !! im prefer this more than dry ones...the soup is full with meat n herbal taste~^^ superb ~!their is so many newspaper report about their restaurant before...as you can see theirs many article on their wall ... overall...the taste is better than klang bak kut teh .. just abit pricey ... because the portion is too small for us.. and the side dishes is too expensive

I always love bak kut teh the usual style, means the soup style. When people start reccomending me to try the dry style bak kut teh at this place, i jump into the opportunity. This place seems very much like the bak kut teh place. With no air cond, and everyone having a pot of chinese tea. Well, the dry bak kut teh is a nice fairy tale for me. When i eat it, my fairy tales crushed. Nothing special, just pork meats cooked in very dark sweet and savory sauce in the claypot. Definitely lots of spices and marination, okra and some dry chilli. My favorite still remains the soup bak kut teh.

Restaurant Yap Chuan Bah Kut Teh is at Puchong kampung baru batu 14. Seriously i love their dry one, the taste very nice and i love it very much but got abit little and abit expensive. Their rice not a normal rice like others shop, their rice got abit salty and something like "Pulut", it's nice taste. Dont forget, Saturday night their will be pasar malam and not much parking.
