Crispy Prawn Roll. Out of the few dishes that my family ordered, I get to choose one dish of my choice, so I chose this - Crispy Prawn Roll. I am always fancy about deep fried stuffs. Putien's Crispy Prawn Roll came in a big piece. The inner fillings were prawns and some minced meat, the prawns were a lot though and succulent. The batter was a bit too thick although it was crispy.

PUTIEN restaurant is a new icon of meal located in 1 Utama. It is a modest eatery specializing in Heng Hwa cuisine, offers an oasis of simple indulgences. The restaurant is well decorated and it is located at the Old Wing of 1 Utama just next to the Johnny Steamboat restaurant and the way the design of the restaurant is nice and plain. Sour Sop Juice. Since the tea is quite expensive in Putien, we decided to order the juices. The soup sop juice was not too diluted, it was fine. It has the sourness of a sour sop, not too sweet. I also tasted the little smashed texture of the sour sop fruit. The service was very attentive despite full house that day, and we were satisfied with the food quality as well.

Plum Cherry Aloe Vera juice. This juice was a mixture of plum, aloe vera and also tomato (if I am not mistaken). The juice came with a little bit ice cubes, but not too cold. At first, I tasted strong tomato taste which was a bit weird. However, the longer I drink it, the sweetness of aloe vera came out and the sourness of the plum was there too. It was a nice chilling juice.

Braised sea cucumber with spinach thick soup. Since we are the typical Chinese family, we order a bowl of soup during our dinner. We were thinking to order the fish soup of the sea cucumber soup, and decided to go for the latter. The soup was thick and starchy. I took a sip of it and I tasted the “fishy” taste of the soup, I passed it to my parents, who said the soup was nice. The sea cucumber was springy and the soup overall was not too salty.

Shredded meat with bun. The price is charged per piece of bun. Since there were three of us, we ordered three pieces and it came with the same proportion of shredded meat. Gloves were provided for us to fill the bun with the meat. The bun was very hot and the inner part was soft. The skin was very crispy, slightly oily though. The meat has some onions to eat, slightly salty but eaten together with the bun, it was very delicious.

Putien Restaurant的地点容易被发现，而且环境不错，是个聚会的好地方。menu里的餐点老少咸宜，食物也算健康。服务员周到的款待让人心情大好。Bamboo herbal prawns 是一道专用虾来熬制的汤。汤头咸甜而不腻。好喝！

No idea where to celebrate Mother's Day, Google and find some idea where to eat out. List down few restaurants that interest me and was stopped when I read the review for this restaurant. Luckily my family and I reached about 5/6pm that evening. If not we have to long Q to be seated. The restaurant is not very big which the walkway is quite narrow. 这个Bamboo herbal prawns的味道很鲜很清甜，虾子的新鲜味道完全是融入在汤汁里面而且除了有虾子还有其他的配料。所以导致整碗汤很有融也很想。而那些虾子咬下去的时候很清爽入口的。

我在餐单上看见它简单的介绍，说这道菜肴就如双虾嬉戏子竹。形容的很雅致，很好奇这道菜上来的味道如何。果然服务员上来的这竹筒虾虽然小小一小盅，可是药材的味道却浓浓的。虾很新鲜吸收了药材的味道，喝点它的汁更能试清楚整个味道呢。
