招牌菜
今天来到这里附近工作，跟同事两人不懂得要吃什么就走进这家店吃个饭，因为只是我们两个人，所以就不敢点太多菜。只点了一个炒青菜和这个咖喱鱼头，他是放在瓦煲里煮的，还蛮香的，而且不会吃到有很重咖喱粉的味道。

Stir-fried tapioca shootThis is one of my favorite dish too. Stir-fried young tapioca shoots are not only nice to eat, but also a good source of fibre. It’s fragrantly stir-fried with slices of pungent garlic, with some extra oil, which I appreciate if it could be lesser next round The leafy greens is nice to chew and delicious, not too salty luckily. Just that I couldn’t relate why some slices of carrots have been added to it, hmm..

Two style kailan. The kai lan stalks were topped by deep fried kai lan. The deep fried kailan portion was really crispy but I think they had over deep fried it. The kai lan stalks at the bottom was quite thick and it was fresh. They were crunchy to prove its freshness. The dish also consisted baby anchovies to add further crispiness to the whole dish and slightly salty. I love the dish very much.
