Home Made Fish Head Noodle offering a variety of dishes such as rice , Mee hoon , Udon and snack size savoury dishes with Few different soup base for their fish head noodles . At here the fish type they serve is Garoupa and Dory fish . There will be few more option to choose if about to fancy , Either from Fish head to Fried Fish Fillet , Fish paste or even Freshwater Prawn . The eight hour of boiled soup during the night and kept into the simmer until the next morning . What makes them to serve fresh fish everyday was reveal that I get know is , they get the fish supplies daily to make sure the freshness of it . Made in traditional way , The soup included preserved Chinese vegetables , Milk , sliced Ginger , tomato and spring onion . Won't less of Chinese rice wine is added . The restaurant interior is airconditioned , clean and appealing , with bright lighting and modern appearance . This is essentially a no-frills restaurant . Fish Head Noodles has been one of my favourite noodles and Homemade Fish Head Noodles shop is a place where I would satisfy my fish head noodles cravings. After 8 hours of boiling, it is no surprise that the infamous milky white broth would turn out to be so rich and delicious! I love how flavourful the broth was and the mee hoon brings out the best of the broth as the mee hoon absorbs all the good essence and flavours of the soup.Since the fish head was served separately, you wouldn’t have to worry that the fried fish head will turn soggy and would not be crispy enough. Besides that, the fried fish head was not fishy smelling at all as it was fried to a golden brown. The dish was completed with ginger, picked mustard greens and tomatoes! The tomatoes are the reason why the dish had just the right amount of acidity and sourness. This fried fish head noodles is one appetising dish! Only for RM 10.90, you can savour into a bowl of goodness! I personally recommend all of you to give this a try.

One of the branch of Home Made Fish Head Noodle, which famous for it's Fish Head Noodle, is located in Kota Damansara. The restaurant is air conditioned, and the environment is pleasant and comfortable, with artificial flowers to adorn the place. They even offer Whole Day Special Set which comes with a drink and a mango pudding and Set for breakfast and tea time which comes with a drink. I have ordered Chicken with Fermented Bean Curd as side dish, where it turned out to be very crispy and delicious as the chicken fillets are deep fried together with Fermented Bean Curd.

eating place here is famous of the dish head noodle and i actually added also the menu to try the udon here. table and chairs are nice arrange with air conditioning place and the service here is consider good come to your request quickly and this udon is stir fried with the ingredients of the chicken and also the prawns inside. not spicy just nice to have this during lunch time

home made fish head noodle 是我目前排行第一的鱼头米餐厅！不是其他的鱼头米不好吃，而是在home made fish head noodle 店里，你可以点不同汤头的鱼头米！我最常点的是它的 dolly fish xo sauce noodle。加了 xo sauce的汤，不但只有本来鱼头米汤头该有的味道，还带辣！所以，真的百吃不腻！只是，觉得这家店苍蝇越来越多。希望店家可以检点一下。
