Took half an hour just to clear our table with the previous patron's leftover dishes and another 10 mins after clearing up to get our menu. Food was okay, but most of them were too salty/spicy. The clams were not fresh . We asked for clear soup clams but she recommended we order a spicy soup instead, possibly to cover the fishy taste of the clearly not very fresh clams. I went to the newly open branch in Taman midah cheras. I seldom complain about a restaurant. But I have to say this is the worst restaurant I went to. Waited for 90mins and two dishes were served. Finished two dishes and nothing is served. I believe that's the boss there and they don't even care to apologize. This type of service will definitely fail you in the future.

Because my mother wanted to celebrate my birthday with our immediate family, she chose to bring us to Restaurant 9888 where the food was raved highly by her. The place is rather difficult to find as it is located in some back road and also parking is incredibly limited. Though that does not stop people from dining there as the place was fully packed when we arrived - which made me feel lucky that we had already placed our reservations. This combo deep fried chicken is lovely as it combines western mayo dish with thai chicken. The chicken meat is a little hard as its little over fried, but for those who love deep fried food to its deep, this dish is nice as its crunchy, and could eat as a snack as its not very salty. Great to have it with red wine too. (Personal view). Each of the sauce has its unique taste.

Glutinuos Rice is another favourite in 9888 restaurant, served hot. Its steam in the lotus leaf and very aromatic. Filled with dried shrimp, musroom bits, waxed meat and spring onions. The serving is for about 3-4 if you are not a big eater. The rice is not too salty, the texture is not sticky, therefore not over watered and just right. This restaurant is packed at peak hour, thus may need some waiting, could improve their time on servings.

This is a dish of Loong Than Fish Slice with Ginger Claypot at Restaurant 9888. It is served in boiling hot and the fish is cook just right, its fresh, and not hard, thus we can judge its not overcook. The gravy is well simmered into the fish meat, thus very tasty. The gravy is sweet with the presence of the fish, aromatic with its ginger. A dish to complement rice. Yummy/

This place is located at an isolated street but very hard to get parking (everyone double park) and famous for dinner at the area. Its advisable for prior booking to avoid full house. This is hot pot shark's lips with mushrooms, first time for me... It's tender and chewy, taste pretty good too. Its a good try but may not go another time for sharks - lips or fins (preserved the great life of the ocean) ;)

this is steamed egg. very nice and tasty. is only cost RM10 . this is claypot tau fu with seafood. cook with my favorite mushroom and pork. the sauce of the tau fu was very tasty. and very big portion. can't finish at all.tried their crab meat shark fin. it only cost RM10 per bowl. put some vinegar will much more tasty.asam africa fish. the size of fish was over big. and the asam sauce very nice.

1st time try this restaurant . this restaurant quite inside , it combine with 3 shops together. very goos business. when we reach almost no more empty table. so make us wait very long. almost one hour the food only serve to us. this is 清炒番薯苗. too salty. but still very nice. this is claypot hakka fried pork. cost RM20 for 5 person eat. very big portion and nice.

Pork Vein?? Are you sure?? That was my first question to the captain placing order for us. I was very sceptical about it at the beginning and my friend said let's try, so i placed an order for this dish.This dish is served in a claypot and it was still boiling hot while served!
