炒番薯葉是我爸爸最愛點的食物。不過這一個番薯葉不是平時的清炒或者炒belacan，今天的比較特別。是炒腐乳。嗯！味道非常的美味，腐乳帶一點點地鹹，拌飯吃最好，還有一點點辣辣的感覺。

这一个炒矮瓜的分量很多。服务员一端出来时可以闻到香气扑鼻的味道，吃起来也非常美味。厨师放了蒜头米，再来虾米，还有猪油渣！拌饭吃非常的棒。每一天晚上都看到很多的家庭来到这里吃东西。

今天来到这附近找朋友，就刚好路过这边就走进这家店吃个午餐，点了个宫保猪肉饭，他们的宫保还蛮辣的，而且可以看到很多配料，很多姜很多辣椒干，所以那味道特别重，配饭的话刚刚好。

Restaurant Nyuk Min is located at the busy square of SS2, facing the main road. I visited this restaurant on a Saturday, which was not very packed. I ordered the sotong butter rice, and after 15 minutes or so, the dish was served. First thing I noticed about this dish was that the butter gravy was very diluted. Mom ordered a seafood noodle for her dinner. When she places the order with the staff, she forgot to mention she wanted a mix of mee hoon and yellow noodle. Therefore, the dish came with only yellow noodle in it. Mom didn’t want to make a fuss about it and proceed to eat it. The soup was a clear broth, slightly seasoned. A variety of local dishes can be found in this restaurant. This time I order Hokkien Mee Hoon. The Hokkien Mee Hoon was more of a “wet” version than the oily version. By all means it was less oily but more sauce. I like that they put lots of cabbage in it and was not being stingy at all. Feeling a bit quite thirsty and wanted something sweet to drink, I ordered a glass of Sea Coconut drink. You can either have it cold or hot, I opt for the hot one. The sea coconut drink was indeed quite sweet and there were some pieces of sea coconuts in the drink. Perhaps this serves more like a drink than a dessert; therefore, do not expect to have many pieces of sea coconuts in it.
