This is by far one of the best beef balls in town. I have tried the Zhing Kong Beef Noodles next to Klang bus stand but it's failed to amaze me. It lacked in the flavour & bounciness. As as to date, this is my all time favourite beef noodles in KL. You see, I set a high benchmark for any beef noodles I eat nowadays. I'm pretty sure you would agreed with me once you have tasted this Ngau Kee's noodles. The minced beef sauce as well as the beef balls plays an important part in determining how tasty it can be. The type of noodles that goes well with beef is usually the wanton or mee hoon (rice vermicelli). Firstly, the wanton noodles must be cook or blanch to the right texture

So, even their chilli sauce which serve as a dip for their beef balls were so good and flavourful! For those chilli lovers out there, simply add a generous scoop of this chilli into your beef noodles. Trust me, heavenly feeling you'll never get elsewhere.The sauce wasn't too spicy for me and it was a little sour which I believe enhanced the flavour of the noodles!

And this is the soup with beef balls. This is even better stuff.The soup as clear as it seems, is actually really rich with beefy taste to it. It is hard for me to describe something so delicious as no words in my vocabulary fits the bill. Either I need to read more, or you should just try it yourself.

这个份量真的很大。我明明叫的就是普通的，想不到来到的时候竟然是那么的大碗。不知道是不是服务员出错，我叫的明明就是米粉，可是来到服务员坚持这个就是米粉，明明就是云吞面的质感。不过幸好面条爽口弹牙，酱汁也很可口，还有很多肉碎但就是份量太大了

这里如果不是朋友带到我来这里的话，我真的不知道原来这里的牛肉丸是那么的弹牙。吃下去的时候真的是非常实在，而且弹力十足，吃下去隐约带有一点牛肉的味道，比起牛肉，我更喜欢这个牛肉丸

这里的牛肉片还记得第一次吃的时候有让我惊艳。因为一般我吃到的就是那种比较硬的。这个应该是经过特别的腌制所以整个牛肉片的质感变得很嫩滑无比，不过吃起来没有什么牛肉的味道
