It is amazing that noodle can come in various flavour / ingredient and Lu Ding Kee provided one of its unique potato noodle to its dinerNot everyone is and will be use to potato noodle but once you do you'll love it. The potato noodle here has the chewy texture and the noodle itself is tasteless, you will need to cook it with speciality soup provided. The tofu here wasn't as good as other dish from its menu. The texture was kinda rough and tough. Again, get some sauce from other dish to go along with and mix it with potato noodle.
