fish ball noodlesThis is the fish ball noodles.I choose mee hoon noodles. The fish ball is the most important for this noodles.The fish ball is so tender and chewy.No fishy taste and very fresh.It so springy and i think you can even play ping pong with it.The fish paste is also very nice but i like fish ball the most.The soup is very light and not too salty.No msg taste and plain fish taste.
