This is so good. I have no words for it but trust me, you will know what I mean as soon as you try their food. The business is regularly good but it normally doesn't take too long to serve. They started off with 潮州炒粥 but they have got some other signature dishes like fried Hokkien mee, freshly steamed mantis prawn (big and juicy), fried meat roll, etc. Even the normal stir-fry vege tastes soo good with the right fire! This is a place where I would bring my foreign friends over as the food is better than the tourist spots with reasonable price. 这里最特别的就是他们的炒粥,虽然已经听过很多人讲,但吃还是头一次,一上着我只能说卖相稍微差了一点,因为是一堆深色的粥在一个大碗里,味道呢我觉得还可以,很特别,可是应该不是每个人都可以接受这炒粥。 繼續閱讀

The most famous dishes there is Bubur Goreng. It is very delicious and special. Besides this, there are a lot of people order Fried Mihun with Crab, Steamed Lala and so on... Its serve with a standard size and affordable price. 1 bowl of fried porridge can be serve for 3 portion. The vege is extremely big portion and cannot finish up the last time i visit with my only 1 friend. Hopefully you guys will like it too~ ^^ 繼續閱讀

Although the name of this restaurant obviously suggests that fried porridge (bubur goreng) is their specialty, the steamed clams/la-la are not far behind! They were laden with lots of garlic, ginger and chilli padi, infusing this dish with a strong spicy and garlicky aroma and taste. The clams were big, meaty and fresh. Have you ever tried Bubur Goreng (Fried Porridge)? It is suppose to be watery but Restaurant Bubur Goreng manage to fried it while preserving the wetness in your bowl of Porridge.The porridge is cooked and fried with chunk of pork, tofu, and cuttlefish topped with a small chunk of lard and spring onion. You can taste the burn in it while the porridge remain how it should be, watery. It might taste weird for the first few spoon, and you should immediately find its flavour flavouring your taste bud soon after. 繼續閱讀
