i also noticed that the chef added an egg at the last minute just as the bean curd is almost cooked

this dish is one of the restaurant's signature dishit taste and looks a bit like bakuteh just that the gravy is darker and thickerit is served in a large claypotthe chef informed us that we cannot have all lean pieces of pork or the stew will not taste niceit needed some fatty pieces so that the oil will absorb into the gravythis pork is best eaten with steamed white rice

the fish is very fresh and very delicious i just regret that i did not get a bigger fishthis is because the fish kept alive in the aquarium, that is the reason for the freshnessthe fish is steamed with soy sauce and ginger is added to itbesides taking away the fishy smell of the fish, it also gives a great fragrancebesides the ginger i also noticed that there were some cili padi the fish is garnished with coriander and shredded spring onions
