其实要吃到好吃的软壳蟹对我来说很难。正好这里的炸软壳蟹炸得很有水准。粉浆不会太厚而且炸起来很酥很香脆。份量也很多。肉质鲜甜，粉浆和蟹壳合二为一，吃起来不会很多残渣。

Rakuzen Japanese Restaurant is a restaurant which served japanese cuisine.I like Japanese food very much and this is one of my favourite japanese restaurant.This is the japanese fried rice.Very nice i would say.The japanese fried rice is so fragrant and tasty.The rice is so soft and not chewy at all.Every tiny rice is so rich and tasty.The meat is so tender and juicy.It cut to be small pieces so you can have it in every bite of the rice.You can add some seaweed on it too.It will taste more nicer and i like seaweed very much.Overall, this japanese fried rice is quite special and tasty.

I like to eat mushrooms. Any type of mushrooms except the golden needle mushroom. The oyster here is toping with mushroom. The oyster smell isn't that strong because it is cooked and not raw. So for those who scared of raw oyster smell, this one doesn't has much. In fact, it is more towards mushroom smell.
