八宝袋,拿来做生日蛋糕还蛮特别的!感觉生日会变的幸运起来 XD给人第一眼的感觉就是只有外表没有内涵。但其实里面的蛋糕松软,入口即化哦!而且奶油的气味非常香!撇开外面那层的话是很好吃的!外面那层是由巧克力做成的,特别甜,不适宜吃太多会很腻。切起蛋糕来的时候是有点麻烦,但是卖相美丽的食物就是需要付出点代价啊~棠记兄弟的蛋糕总是不会让人失望 而且惊喜连连~ 繼續閱讀

Tong Kee Confectionery brings back lots of sweet memories of my childhood. I start tasting my first bite of Tong Kee egg tart since young way back in the 1970's. Eating them often reminds me of the time when my parents would buy and serve it for our breakfast and tea break for decades of years. Although the business has been started for so many years, their quality are consistently good. Walking into any of Tong Kee outlets, we will be greeted by a comforting aroma of fresh egg tarts and breads. Their egg custard is very soft, creamy, juicy and the outer layer is very velvety which is fluffy and crunchy. You will experience the melt-in-the mouth sensation upon the first bite into the pastry, with its buttery and crispier texture. The best egg tarts in the world! Try it and you'll know how yummy this is The egg custard is so smooth that it feels like jelly. The pastry crust is baked to crisp and crunchy as you bite into it. Tong Kee Brothers Confectionery (棠记兄弟饼家) was founded by the Hoong family during the 1960s and was well established in 1970. It now already have a number of branches within Klang Valley and their headquarter is in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur. Most of the people around Kuala Lumpur are familiar with Tong Kee's mouth watering egg tart of flaky pastry and eggy custard. One of the branch is located in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling. Upon entering the shop, I am attracted by the smell of freshly baked bread and the colourful pastries and cakes glowing from a bright showcase. The pastries here are "non halal" as they used lards, bacons and hams. The Hotdog Roll is so soft and fresh until you can feel it just came out from the oven. The pastry of the Kaya Puff is very crispy and the kaya portion is just nice and is more solid type. I am very satisfy with both the bun and puff. 繼續閱讀

Tong Kee has been around for decades and well-known for it's egg tarts. Truth be told, their egg tarts are seriously the best I ever had. I love the smooth egg custard surface and the buttery, flaky texture of the crust.. so delicious with every bite! Not too sweet and taste best when they came out piping hot straight from the oven No wonder their outlet at Sri Petaling is never short of customers everytime I go.
