It’s another quick lunch before setting on another itinerary, hehe. This round, I tried the wan tan noodles at one of the most fast expanding franchise, and it’s none other than Wong Kok Char Chan Teng at KWC. It has now roped in another Hong Kong star as its new ambassador, so there are some innovative creative ideas coming up in their existing wide menu. The noodle was very smooth and springy. Each of them was fully immersed in the sauce and thus made it a flavorful one. The ‘Kai Lan’ or so called Chinese broccoli, was adequately blanched in hot water, but would be better if the chef cook cut them into a more decent bite-sized pieces As for the accompanied chicken cutlets, they were nicely stir-fried and mixed with sweet and sour sauce. Meat was tangy albeit some might be tad soggy in the gravy. Anyway, you could still wash down your throat with their famous milk tea ^^. The quality is still there, not bad.Wonder this new commercial endorsement with the famous star would ever bring him to Malaysia for a site –visit soon? Hehe..
