Personally don't really fancy about pan mee but this shop has variety of pan mee (cooking styles). If you don't like the traditional, you may try different types of pan mee. There are many choices to choose from which is very nice. Try their spicy pan mee, it tastes just awesome and real spicy ! don't try it if you cannot take spicy food. The price was reasonable. The disadvantage is quite hard to find parking there.

This is the comfortable place to have delicious pan mee. There were several types of pan mee to try and I find that the lor ban mee is quite interesting because I hardly find lor ban mee especially in Penang. The thick gravy is so nice and especially when added with little of vinegar, it makes the soup taste a little of sour and appetizing. The ban mee is as nice as usual but I prefer the thin ban mee than the thick one. If you are taking the lor ban mee, it was advisable that you finished the anchovies before you eat because when it deep too long inside the soup, it will no longer be crispy anymore. Lor pan meeFried pork pan meeBesides having lor ban mee, my friend had the fried pork ban mee which is nice as well. It cost RM 7.30 and it adds some fried pork on top of the normal ban mee. The fried pork was nice either you have it with their special chilli sauce or not. It was nice with little taste of salty taste and crispy external. The pan mee was kind of plain without any gravy in it but it was nice if you add their special chilli sauce into it.

Pan Mee Queen is back to action. The first time I met my boyfriend, whom wasn't at that point of time, he brought me to Jojo for pan mee. I found the texture of thick noodles was springy, dense and tasted floury. Personally I think it would go well with dry pan mee, so I ordered chili pan mee. The minced pork was very chunky and less fat, sweet and savory at the same time while not being dominated by the black soy sauce. The portion of ikan bilis was quite pity but were crunchy and flavourful, though not intensely so. Aroma wise, the smell of sweet soy sauce, wood ear slices, ikan bilis made it a very aromatic dish.

Jojo Pan Mee, a very well know pan mee reataurant which served lots of favorite of Pan Mee. It have many branches around the Klang Valley, it is not hard to find.I had this in Damansara utama, traffic jam heavily here... i suggest if you want to try, you can go other branches which you wont let you eating mood get affected by the traffic jam before. This is my favorite -Sotong ball pan mee. The soup is like fish head meehoon, with milk. I like the think noodles, round and smooth. It taste very good. However, i found that i mouth and throat feel very dry, all the night (normally i went there for dinner) after having it. I believe that there is much MSG is added to cook too bad... even is is very delicious but it make me stop because of this. Somemore, the price is quite expensive which this need RM8.9, not big portion... I still will take my dinner because it is very tasty there but will not often.
