想必这个亚三鱼头是这家店的卖点之一吧，因为一走进这家店你会看到很多桌都有点，我们当然也不会错过，那瓦煲一上桌我们就知道没点错了，很香，而且鱼头也不小，很入味，值得推荐的一道菜。

Asam fish. Once I stepped into the shop, I saw some people already eating the asam fish, and it tempted me to order the same. Although it came in a boiling hot pot, but the aroma was not there, I did not smell the fragrance of asam much. The fish was quite fishy taste, not so fresh it seemed. The asam gravy was slightly sour and spicy but not heavy enough for my liking. The vegetables were fine though.

The waiter highly recommenede us to try their ambra juice and we ahead with his recommendation. The ambra juice is a fresh juice squeezed from a ambra fruit. The juice will taste sourish but a little bit of sugar will balanced the sourness. The juice has this lovely fresh green color. It is particularly nice to drink after a heavy meal. The juice is popular because it has lots of nutrients and help to ease digestion.
