有时想要吃清淡一点的话就会想要吃粥，潮州粥就是一个很好的选择，因为他们都有好吃的配菜，我通常都会拿卤花生，芋头扣肉等等好吃的小菜。价钱呢是视乎你拿什么小菜而决定的。偶尔清淡点也不错嘛。

Fong Wah operates until the wee hours of the morning; and is popular both day and night. During lunch time; it's packed with office workers. Dinner time, with families and groups of friends. Supper/wee hours; with late night lorry drivers, those hungry for midnight snack and also clubbers with hangover digging into some light food before heading home. A little dish is good enough to fill up the whole bowl of porridge. The peanut is very sweet. I like to pour in some of the sauce into my porridge so it will has the peanut fragrance. The bitter gout isn't bitter at all. It does actually taste sweet because it is covered by egg.

Eating teochew porridge is real nice because there are variety choices of side dishes for me to choose. Besides that, I can mixed up 5 different dishes with just one bowl of porridge. This shop here is quite old. Can't remember how old it is but look at the motel on top of it, I can guess around my grand parents' teenager era or earlier than that.This is the typical teo chew porridge.
