Ingredients A | 材料 A: 250g spaghetti |意大利面250克 , 10 prawns |鲜虾10只 , 5g basil (julienne) |罗勒叶5克(切丝)

Ingredients B | 材料 B: 10g garlic slices |蒜片10克 , 50g shitake mushroom (sliced and prefried) |鲜香菇50克(切片,炒至干身), 5g chili flake |辣椒碎5克

Seasoning |调味料: Dash of salt |盐适量, chicken powder & black pepper |鸡精粉适量、黑胡椒粉 适量

Method | 做法:
1. Bring water to boil with some oil, put in spaghetti to scud until cooked, drain.(pic 1)
准备锅热水加少许油,待水煮沸后放入意大利面煮至熟透,盛出滴干。(图1)

2. Heat skillet with some oil, saute ingredients B until fragrant, then add in prawn and stir-fry until cooked. (pic 2-3)
准备平底锅倒入少许油,爆香材料B后再加入鲜虾炒熟。(图2-3)

3. Add in spaghetti and seasonings, stir to mix and then toss in basil, done. (pic 4-5)
加入意大利面和调味料一起捞匀,再拌入罗勒叶即可。(图4-5)
