Restaurant Juro has been around for more than a year. Taking the name from a Chinese phrase meaning “pork”, the restaurant specializes in pork dishes made of premium pork meat. In addition to pork dishes, the restaurant also features a large array of Western cuisine, including sausages, ham steaks, beef steaks, lamb chops, chicken chops, grilled seafood, pasta and many more (click here to view complete menu).
In conjunction with the restaurant’s first anniversary, the restaurant is now having both Lucky Draw and Goliath Challenge promotions. For Lucky Draw, customers are entitled to one lucky draw with a minimum spending of RM60! As for the Goliath Challenge, any participant who can finish a 6-inch burger with fries and soft drink within 30 minutes can enjoy the meal for FREE! Besides that, to celebrate the upcoming Mother’s Day, the restaurant will offer special set meals with soup, main course, dessert and drink.
During the food tasting session, Juro will serve a complete Western meal with starters, main courses, and desserts. The starters include a soup and two types of salads. The soup is Cream of Ham & Bacon, which is cooked with ham and bacon for several hours to infuse a rich porky flavour to the soup. For salads, they will offer Bacon Salad, a mixture of fresh vegetables and crispy bacons drizzled with mayonnaise sauce, and Lychee Salad with Almond Flakes, a fruit salad made of sweet lychee and crunchy almond flakes.
The appetizers are followed by 6 main dishes. German Pork Knuckle is the forte of the restaurant. The marinated pork knuckle is deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. Sink your teeth into the meat that is both crunchy and aromatic. Another signature dish is Texas BBQ Baby Back Ribs. The tender ribs are marinated with house special BBQ sauce and grilled to perfection. The meat is so soft, it melts in your mouth!
Grilled Pork Belly is one of Juro’s best-selling dishes. The pork belly is marinated with delicious Cajun spices and grilled to porkfection! The dish comes with French Fries, salad and a house dipping sauce. Juro’s German Sausage Platter allows you to enjoy a variety of German sausages with different flavours. The sausages are firm and springy, definitely a must-try for sausage lovers!
