orkid ria has a lot of staffthey wear light brown t shirt so you can easily spot them where ever they arethe ones with the earphones are the ones allowed to take orders from customersthe rest are either filling tea pots or clearing tablesthe sizzling tofu is not home made but the gravy is simply marvelousthe gravy is smooth from the egg yolk there isn't much indgredients except for a few more pieces of shitake mushrooms
