deep fried sotong is more like an appetizerbut it's only best eaten while it is still warm.when it gets cold the sotong lose it's crispiness and it becomes all soggy and all you taste is the oilthe sotong even medium portion was a lot.but one thing that was missing is a good sambal or chili concoction to go with this dishthe only chili they have was like chili sauce which was sweet rather than spicy
