The xiao long bao at dragon-i restaurant is really delicious. the skin is really very thin, yet the xiao long bao does not break easily. the shi fu making the xiao long bao does indeed have excellent skills. the soup in the xiao long bao is very tasty, not too salty. the meat they use is very fresh, ideal for xiao long bao. their fried toufu is really good too, outside crispy, inside soft. really enjoyable.
