restoran ini begitu mewah dengan pelbagai hidangan.tidak hanya sajian,menu dan hidangan,namun restoran ini juga terlihat mewah dengan ruang makan yang selesa dan juga dekorasi yang mendamaikan sekali. makanan yang disajikan di sini juga amat sedap dan eksklusif sekali. antara yang pernah saya cuba ialah spicy prawn fried chicken. ternyata ia begitu enak dan sedap sekali. nasinya begitu lembut, harum,empuk dan menampilkan warna yang cukup memikat hati. udangnya pula bersaiz maksimum dan juga sega

buffet有很多的选择，就好像这里的Buffet模式我就比较喜欢，种类方面有很多的选择。有的是中西口味的，日本式的而且还有我最喜欢的烧烤式的真的让人味道打开。而且这里的食物非常的新鲜。

吃自作餐的好处是，选择很多，不怕没东西吃。但因为选择多，价格就会比较高。我个人还蛮喜欢Infusion cafe & Restaurant,他们给的选择有中餐，西餐，日式餐等。主餐，甜品，pastry也很多。他们的主餐很不错，材料很新鲜，但面包跟糕点就有点弱。

来到这里的酒店看起来就很华丽，今天终于来到这里吃buffet了，听说很久现在才有机会。这里的种类可真的是很多，我看见有中餐，西餐还有日式，烧烤什么的。我选了很多的海鲜类，还有当然就是烤牛肉咯，这里的东西很新鲜！

Steamed Glutinous rice with chicken ("Loh mai kai"). From the dim sum counter of the buffet spread, the loh mai kai looks tempting, so I took one. Once I had taken the first bite, I was a bit regretted. The loh mai kai was quite dry and certain parts were not steamed well. It does not had the gist of a loh mai kai, slightly bland. It was sticky and the chicken piece was a bit bland too.

There are several selections of pastry offered at the counter. So, I took a piece of chocolate pastry roll to try. This pastry was slightly disappointing as it was quite hard. It does not have the fluffy texture of a pastry, it was quite solid. The chocolate added some sweetness to it but it was too little. I do hope that the pastry would soft and more chocolate in it.

Croissant. Well, when having breakfast buffet, I will not miss out the bread section. The croissant looks good, so I took one and a piece of butter too. The croissant was not too crispy, still acceptable of crispiness. The inner parts were soft and made of many layers, not really fluffy. I have to put some butter to it to avoid being too dry. It has saltiness in it.

Apart from the normal nasi lemak that I had taken, I took some chicken rendang too. The chicken rendang was very aromatic when I walked pass. The rendang was fragrant with coconut milk, various spices especially tumeric. It was slightly salty and it was slightly spicy too. The chicken meat was soft and tender. Together with the rice, this tasted quite delicious.

During the breakfast session, I spotted nasi lemak in the buffet spread, and immediately I conjured up my own nasi lemak. I took some peanuts, ikan bilis, hard boiled egg, rice and sambal. First scoop was the sambal and it was quite salty. No doubt it has the fragrant sambal and onion taste, it was slightly spicy. The rice was fragrant with santan while the ikan bilis added further saltiness to the dish.

Hash brown. I am a fan of hash brown and I did not failed not to take any hash brown when I see it at a buffet spread. Infusion Cafe served harsh brown in its buffet breakfast spread and I took two. The hash brown was deep fried to golden brown and it was extremely crispy, slight salty. The inner potato parts were still soft. However, it was quite oily and I had to stop eating after the second piece.

the dessert spread of the buffet at infusion cafe is so awesome that if they actually only have dessert buffet, i would definitely patronise. they have a fondue fountain, and the chocolate that flows out of the fountain is not the normal milk chocolate but strawberry chocolate. the chocolate is a little sweet but when you eat with the fruits, it taste ok. the variety of cakes were really good. they even had beautifully decorated cupcakes.

Initially I went to Infusion cafe with the intention of eating their ala carte menu. However when i sat down, i could not resist the temptation of the buffet counter. They looked so inviting and tempting. I am into some bites and finger food and they got this really awesome sandwich counter. the sandwiches were cut into bite size so it would not be too filling. the cooked food were pretty good too, i like the mutabak, goes well with the curry. really satisfying!

I went to KSL hotel’s Infusion Café for their buffet lunch. The spread was pretty reasonable for the price that we paid. There was a mini seafood bar which comprises of a scallop section and a mussel section. They had a lot of condiments to go with the seafood. the seafood taste pretty fresh as well and had some natural sweetness. They even have a chef’s station, where the chef cooks tom yum mee hoon for you. The tom yum mee hoon is super spicy, but I like the mee hoon they use, very fine and c
