My family drove down to Singapore during the weekends to visit my sister as she’s currently studying in Singapore. Before entering Singapore, we decided to have lunch at Johor first. We always go to Shoon Huat restaurant in Johor to have Bak Kut Teh!! Their bak kut teh is really very good and can easily beat down the Bak Kut Teh in Klang.Like any other BKT restaurants, they provide free flow of soup when requested. 很多人说巴生出名肉骨茶，是肉骨茶的发源地。我自己本身却认为柔佛州的肉骨茶也有另一番风味。我比较喜欢顺发肉骨茶，因为他那汤底虽然少了点浓浓的药材味，却多了一份清甜。我喜欢。

There are many Bak Kut Teh shops in Johor and some even have similar names that can overwhelm a new foodie in town. While I have not completely tasted all available shops here, most of the well known ones I have tried. Shoon Huat is the one with a chain of shops in many locations in Johor. I am surprised that it can maintain a rather consistent quality across them, a thing that even big brands sometimes cannot accomplish.I like its soup, not overwhelmed with herbal aroma, and yet not diluted. 这里的肉骨茶味道比较清不会很重的药材味，可是相反的汤却很清甜。我来到一定会点有猪杂的肉骨茶，加上排骨，加上一个饭我都能吃下去。这里的食物从早上就能吃到的了，如果有习惯早上吃饭的话不妨来这里噢。

Bak Kut teh can be consider one of my favourite food. Many peopl only know about bak kut teh is famous in klang, most of them don't know JB bak kut teh is quite famous too. Unlike the klang bak kut teh, the bak kut teh here don't have a very strong herbal soup base. The soup is just a simple clear soup type but it is very famous for those who don't like the strong herbal taste bak kut teh.
