Food is mediocre (you can tell from basic kimchi dish whether the Korean restaurant is good or not) and yes service is poor. Kimchi not refilled, soup from set came only after we finished everything, lettuce was bitter and not refilled, bean sauce is not authentic and garlic chillie did not come with the BBQ meat, cutlery incomplete , aircond not cold enough, floor of box seats very dirty, rice that was order only came when we are halfway thru the dishes.
