This CKT is pretty good - plenty of wok hei, and decent amount of shrimp (fresh enough, but not super fresh). Quite wet (prefer it drier), spicy (good), oily (reasonably so) and served piping hot. Not very filling, but got some pork lard so that's good.I prefer if it had some lap cheong, or a bit more shrimp. As usual, no siham for me, so I benchmark all my CKT on the same level. Frankly, I can get better ones in KL.
