这里的面是手工面来的，不含防腐剂不含碱水，上桌的面很爽口弹牙。这里的肉碎面我很喜欢吃因为里面有很多的肉碎，还有猪肝，猪肝不会煮过火，全部拌着吃非常的好吃，这个面和新加坡的肉挫面是差不远的。

I am not a yong tau fu lover nor a 'carnivore' but I will not missed any chance to grab a bowl of noodles with yong tau fu soup when I go to Batu Pahat. The noodle alone is not enough but when the minced meat was added and some vegetable into the noodles, the texture and the feeling when we chew it in our mouth is different.
