Seems like various bakeries brand has sprung up recently, even East Coast region is not excluded.While on the recent trip to East Coast Mall, bumped into these cutesy confectionary kiok that sold the famous Hokkaido Cake.Chiffon-soft is the signature for such cake, but rather dry.
