大约晚上七点抵达佑记,果然像网上所说的,一过了六点佑记的人潮就不曾停下来过。幸好我们刚到达的时候有顾客吃完准备离开,小狮不需要多等便有座位。和一般华人咖啡店一样,店家并不会替您找座位,所以得靠您自己多留意看哪边客人差不多要吃完结帐。来到佑记用餐的顾客们一般吃完就离开,并不会多做逗留,所以即使站着等座位相信应该不会等太久。找到座位后,店家便会过来点餐。一般肉骨茶的点菜方式是和店家说您的肉骨茶要哪些配料、几碗白饭和几人份的热茶。和槟城肉骨茶不一样的地方是,佑记的肉骨茶配料并不是全放在同一个煲里,而是以小碗方式分开放的。如果您点了两种配料,哪端上的就是两个小碗的配料和一些汤,而店家还会跟着顾客人数额外奉上几碗肉骨茶汤。当天小狮和小妮子点了猪肉丸、猪排骨、三层肉和油菜、一个份的中国茶和一碗白饭 (总计RM33)。在正式上菜前,服务员会先端上一碗浸在热水里消毒的餐具和茶杯、茶壶、辣椒、酱清和酱油。过不久服务员便会端上之前和店家点的肉骨茶配料、肉骨茶汤和白饭等。如果您也和小狮一样吃肉骨茶的时候喜欢把蒜头碎配着白饭吃,那您需要自己到店里的一个桌上自己拿蒜头碎,而且您要拿多少都任您拿更多关于佑记茶室肉骨茶,请浏览 http://bit.ly/1JP7tcH continue reading

Had the famous Yu Kee Bak Kut Teh for dinner after our mini seafood shopping near the area. It was only 5.30pm and it was already crawling with people! The special way to eat bak kut teh.Love that we can choose the pig stomach because it's one of my favourite food! continue reading
