今次專登嚟沙巴，有幾樣野係好想食，一就係肉骨茶，就係沙嗲串燒。今次嚟到新記肉骨茶，係上網睇到好多人推介嘅所以一定要試吓。可能提早黎嘅關係唔係好洗排隊就可以就坐，老闆識講廣東話同普通話點菜方面十分之方便。老闆仲睇緊我哋食一款是菜單沒有的菜式，難得黎到點都要試一試啦果然有驚喜。推介嘅就係呢個上湯蝦肉，雖然他嘅口感真係買但係個湯底真係不得了，好似集綜合左好多唔同海鮮有少少辣又有少少甜又濃味嘅湯底。我本身以為呢個肉骨茶會好濃嘅中藥味但係還好，反而好重既肉煲成老火湯嘅味。沙嗲串燒就比較一般，只係度度都食到嘅感覺。我哋仲叫多咗個豬潤，豬膶薑味好濃，得唔係太好食，因為淨係食到啲薑味同埋啲豬潤好老。 continue reading

第一次食肉骨茶，入而有豬肉丸、豬腸、豬肚、豬肉。成個湯都好香好入味，加埋白飯一流，不過淨食都很好，一人一鍋一鍋加飯已經好夠。鳳爪夠味又夠淋，好好食。可惜今日無椰子，試左個海澡燕窩，好杰好淡，一般。 continue reading
