This is my first visit with my family , we went to their SS 2/24 branch which is located not far from my housing area .so is quite convenience. The oriental chinese cuisine serve all kind of homemade noodles , homemade fish balls ,fish cakes, porridge & sweet desert .Fresh and MSG free. It's quite hard for me to make up my mind for which to order because all seems to be nice to eat, at last I ordered a bowl of their signature Tang PinMee Pok dry noodles topping with egg, mince pork & few slices of thin fish cakes that only can find in this place, great taste my kids like it very much ,Thumb up for this and not forget the celery noodles with clear soup , the aroma of the celery really open up your appetite , my wife love it.We were really enjoyed ourselves over here with delicious food & nice restaurant . Good place to bring your friends here. continue reading

Crowd-pleasing Chinese recipes are served at Asian Heritage Row's latest outlet, but the erratic food preparation and half-hearted service require serious fine-tuning. Fish noodles. Also lacked flavor, though the noodles had a nice bite to them. Porridge. Could use a wider variety of ingredients to boost its flavor a few notches. How about some century egg? Or better still, add a sprinkling of crunchy pork lard. Black glutinous rice porridge. Barley fu chuk. Mung bean soup. All these three desserts are variations on a theme, right? continue reading

Tang Pin Kitchen is a chinese restaurant with fish ball specialties. I wanted a no frills and quick fix meal with noodles that day, so I went to this shop. I didn't order their signature Tang Pin Mee Pok as I have tried it before. Handmade Fish Ball (RM6) with meat filling. It's a bit bouncy when chewing, but I will still prefer the fish ball without filling in my noodles soup. Celery Noodle (RM6.50) with home made fish ball, the clear soup is delight to the palate because it doesn't contain MSG, it is indeed a healthy meal.Century Egg Lean Meat Porridge (RM4)It's only a small full bowl, for big eater may neat to add tong sui or side dish.Red bean dessert (RM3.50)I didn't order drink as I think the pricing is a bit high. Overall I recommend the you try the celery noodle and the giant fish ball is a must try too!Tang Pin also can be found in SS2/24 and Sea Park Jln 21/19, PJ =) continue reading
