Dan Dan noodle seems to be a popular dish in Taiwan, but the one i had from Jin Taiwan was disappointing. The noodle was totally different from what i would have expected. The ingredients in the noodle were very little and they were just normal items such as siew bak choy, chicken ball, prawn, beansprouts, and braised egg. The soup was also tasted very normal, nothing memorable about it. continue reading
