cosy place. If you dine here with a group of friends, you should try the "duduk" seat.It look comfortable and spacious here. service is rather good. the sotong rice served in a hot pot and with many gravy inside the rice and also the vegetables. quite good.the chicken burger is quite good here and highly recommended. Cheese and streaky chicken for topppings. The bun is really too dry and bready. nice fresh soft bread and same for the patty and streaky chicken, overcooked and not juicy anymore. But can't deny that the portion is actually quite big. enough for one person or even two person who is small eater.ome tatami style seats as well as an outdoor section. I wouldn't recommend sitting outside i continue reading

continue reading

Sit down, make yourself at home & take your time to choose from Duduk Cafe's selection of Asian & Western specialties. "Bubur lambuk" isn't something we see often (outside of Ramadan buffets), so we had to have it here. Comfort food for carb-lovers _ thick, nourishing porridge, piping-hot & brimming with beef & veggies. But less pepper might make this better. Duduk's burgers feature patties prepared in the cafe's own kitchen. The beef version is juicy, but a tad too gamy for our liking. Chicken & fish burgers are also available. "Deja Vuu" cakes in cups (not exactly cupcakes). Stored in freezers, like ice cream, with shelf lives of about a year. Convenient for takeaway. Ferrero Rocher & Kinder Bueno shakes. Thick with ice, but not creamy enough. So there are both hits & misses at Duduk. Maybe another visit will be more rewarding; there's more to try, from nasi lemak to Nicoise salad, tortillas to tom yam soup. Duduk Cafe has another branch in Damansara Jaya for PJ's residents. continue reading

The beef burger which I had. It was slightly more flavourful than the chicken, but still not top on my list of beef patties. It didn't taste as meaty as I would have liked, but it was made better with some runny yolk from the egg, the salty flavour from the bacon and the garlic-y mushrooms all together. In fact, I think the fun from eating these burgers come from the customization of it all, really. It's also a little reminiscient of a Ramly burger, thanks to the egg. I didn't really care much for the burger bun however; I found it to be too dry. continue reading

I will call it as a juice rather than milkshake.Chicken Burger with Streaky chicken and cheese toppings - We choose chicken burger because we don't take beef. Cheese and streaky chicken for topppings. The bun is really too dry and bready. Same for the patty and streaky chicken, overcooked and not juicy anymore.
