Praline is actually a type of chocolate made from nuts (any type, but almonds are more popular) and caramelized sugar. So as expected, Praline is already sweet by itself. So combined with the recipe of macarons which calls for even more sugar.. this Praline Macaron is just simply a bit too much for me.. People who are really into sweet stuff might like this though.. but for me, not really.. just too sweet. continue reading
