Chicken sizzling yee mee. The sizzling yee mee came in a sizzling plate (of course) and it consisted of chicken, yee mee and egg. For me, I like to stir up the whole egg and mixed it together with the yee mee. The egg coated the yee mee nicely. The sauce was hot and it was sticky. It has just the right amount of saltiness.
