Signature Dishes
One of my side dishes for lunch in KLCC signature food court. I am not sure how do people rate a plate of stir-fried vegetable. For me, I look into the freshness of the vegetables as in no much browning, the taste of the stir-fried that can remains the taste of the vegetables. This stir-fried kangkung was a disappointment. I did not get to taste the taste of vegetables but I tasted salty gravy. I believe they need some improvement in this.

Ayam Penyet rice. The ayam penyet rice came with cucumber, tempeh, fried beancurd, long bean, cabbage and chili. The ayam penyet was topped with some deep fried crispy bits which I love it so much. Surprisingly it was not too oily. The chili was very spicy and very addictive, I kept on dipping the chili together with the ayam penyet. The ayam penyet was slightly salty.

The chicken here is crispy, but then the size is a bit small. Sambal is very spicy and very nice when you eat it with rice. If you are chili lover then this is the place you want to eat. However, don't come here during lunch hour because the seats are so limited.

ayam penyet AP klcc is located at signature foodcourt..pls bare in mind,don't come during lunch hours because there will be a long queue as many petronas staff will having their lunch at this foodcourt..however, their service is very efficient, so you will not wait for so long ayam penyet set, (rm8.80) comes with smashed chicken, vegetable, fried tauhu, fried tempe and rice.chicken is quarter size and also delicious even though it had been smashed ..sambal was very spicy..really hot and spicy..i think it is not suitable for those who can't eat spicy food..but for me, because i love spicy food, so this is great for me..i also love the crumble topping on the smashed chicken, it was tasty..vegetable was fresh too..overall i were satisfied.
