Pork Noodle Soup. The pork noodle is very famous in this shop but somehow the taste varies every time. On some days, it was really delicious but on some days, I feel like something is missing from the delicious pork noodle. This bowl of pork noodle taste was the latter one. It was just clear broth without heavy ingredients. It was not salty. The pork liver was soft and there was a lot of vegetables. continue reading

Lunch in Liang Liang Restaurant again.Besides pan mee and those sizzling pot, they do serve fried food as well. Ordered fried mihun. Tasted ordinary. It has fish balls, fish cakes, bean sprouts fried together with the mihun in thick soy sauce, served with a sprinkle of spring onions. It is slightly dry, not too oily. Best eat with chilli padi or sambal. Portion is average. continue reading

I love to visit Liang Liang for their delicious yet affordable food. Here is a dry style pan mee with the soup served separately. The pan mee is flavored with dark soy sauce. There were lots of crunchy anchovies and minced pork meat in it. The minced pork meat was tasty and slightly salty. In the clear soup were some fried bean curd skin and pork meat balls. I love the pork meat balls, they were so nice to eat. The pork meat balls were sweet and firm in texture. continue reading
