Signature Dishes
After too many over-adventures (i.e. not getting the quality I'd hoped for) when trying out different things at Favola, I decided to play it safe and went for a classic... with the hope that they wouldn't butcher it.This pasta bolognese is pretty decent. Nothing over the top, portions were modest, but price was proportionate to the serving. Tomatoes were fresh and potent, fresh pasta (optional, many to choose from) tasted firm like pan mee. Not exciting, but not bad. Very safe.

Feeling slightly restless, I started walking around to check out the grandeur of this vicinity Floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers and polished doors fringed with sturdy wooden frames. What I'd give to live here ;)A whole friggin' table of canapes!Anis and I certainly enjoyed the tapas food thereLoved the Bruschetta's there too. They had choices Tomato, Basil, Smoked Salmon and Tuna.

这里这个蛤蜊汤，真的令人有意外惊喜，厨师熟练的手艺将蛤蜊加上汤煨煮，加入了特制的辣牛肉香肠，所以吃的时候，不但吃到新鲜蛤蜊的鲜香甜味，而且味道浓郁，丝毫没有抢走了蛤蜊的香味。

Plain Spaghetti. During the lunch time after our event in Le Meridien Hotel, we were seated in Favola restaurant. It has a very nice ambiance and comfortable seating. One of the main course was this plain spaghetti. The spaghetti was plain, tasted like Maggi Mee Goreng to me . Maybe I do not know how to enjoy this dish. It was not bad, I did finish the whole plate but it was not spectacular.

The beef steak that ordered taste is good, the meat is tender when you cut on it you know. When you eat the meat, the juicy of the beef is spread in your mouth, nice! The black pepper sauce that come with it is full with black pepper smell and it is very thick. The mash potato that come with, is thick in texture and the taste is tasty. The portion is very filling, the staff is very friendly too.
