I have grown to dislike Old Town. I used to hang out at Old Town for some toast and eggs, plus the wifi. The coffee here was quite diluted and surely I can get better one, even from a normal kopitiam. The dishes offered are extensive, just that the rendang chicken was too small or the fried chicken was too tough to my liking (nasi lemak). continue reading

The red bean sundae in Old Town White Coffee is quite delectable. A scoop of vanilla ice-cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with a generous amount of red bean paste on top is quite the unique idea. Served with a mint leaf, the combination is superb. I would prefer more chocolate sauce, personally. Priced at RM5.90 a cup, I thought it was a bit on the expensive side. continue reading
