OLDTOWN Coffee Lava. My youngest brother had a craving for this cup of RM4.90 dessert no matter how I strongly disagreed with his decision. After trying a spoonful of it, I thought it was a cup filled with merely two scoops of vanilla ice-cream swimming in some coffee without stronger taste, topped with some chocolate or coffee powder. He’s satisfied anyway, and he enjoyed it very much.Iced Lime Juice, Iced OLDTOWN White Coffee, and Iced OLDTOWN White Coffee (Gao). My youngest brother loves anything sour, to the extent that he could literally eat a few pieces of lemon alone, which explains the reason he ordered the Iced Lime Juice. I couldn't stop shaking as soon as the drink touched my tongue. Uh! The sourness! And as usual, I ordered Iced OLDTOWN White Coffee, while my boyfriend, Don, wanted it to be stronger. Personally, however, I would prefer my cup of coffee to be slightly stronger than it was, but not as strong as Don's. That would be much closer to what I always have at another outlet (one of my favorite).OLDTOWN Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun. This was my youngest brother's brunch of the day, and for a big eater like him, he commented that it was filling enough. I'm not sure if it's because of his OLDTOWN Coffee Lava that was doing the job (the dessert came first before his meal, by the way). It consisted of sliced chicken, two little prawns, and some green onions. I used to ask for extra prawns at an additional charge. However, the prawns served at any of the outlets are no longer similar. They use frozen prawns instead, which they would still remain transparent no matter how long they are cooked. The taste is disgusting as well. It would be much better to have it without the prawns.Hainanese Chicken Chop Rice. I couldn't comment on this, because I have never tasted it before, honestly.Chicken Chop with Crunchy Bun. This was mine! I was deciding between this and one of the lunch sets before placing my order. I have previously known that the piece of chicken chop is always ridiculously small and salty yet juicy, and the so-called crunchy bun is spread with plenty of butter, but I ordered it anyway. The crunchy bun was undeniably oily, so I merely ate half of it, whereas my youngest brother finished another half for me. The french fries were a little too much for my liking. The chicken chop was, as usual, salty, salty, and salty. I enjoyed it though, after not having it for a long period of time. The services are not bad, although not as good as the outlet I have always visited. I strongly believe that it's due to the lack of staffs, since it's a public holiday. continue reading

old town outlet at uptown is definitely bigger than the one in klcc which does not have it's own tables and chairs because it is located at the food courti ordered a take away peanut butter single toast for breakfast because i've already tried the butter kayathe bread was toasted slightly and then smeared with peanut butter but some how i found it not so fragrant or smooth compared to the ones we get at the grocery storesbut when I got into my office the bread wasn't warm anymore and the peanut butter gel the two pieces of bread together making it hard to separate continue reading

It is amazing that a shop that specialises in coffee is able to serve a good glass of chocolate drink. The enrich chocolate drink in Old Town White Coffee is very nice, especially when served cold The drink is full of chocolate-y flavour and it is not too sweet. It goes very well any any food items offered in Old Town. However, the only thing is, I feel they put far too much ice in the glass. I always have to order two glasses in order to be satisfied. continue reading
