I was so busy with my work at home so we just went for quick lunch this Sunday afternoon. We were looking for the beef noodle hawker but they were no longer opened. So we tried the Ulu Yam Loh Mee on the way and parked nearby. Now that I knew they actually have a branch here, this meant that we do not need to go all the way to Puchong to try this like how I had a meal with my parents here. I ordered the Ulu Yam Loh Mee (RM 6.50), small,  which was quite tasty with measly cabbage inside. It goes well with vinegar which can be used liberally with raw garlic. We ordered the Fried Rice (RM 6) which came in a very big portion. It has finely chopped long beans, shredded carrots and prawns. The rice was so much that we could not finish the fried rice. We also ordered Snake Beans with delicious fragrant deep fried pork (RM 13). Although I am not a pork lover, I find myself liking this dish including the pork.The herbal tea cost about RM 2.60 each.  continue reading
