Greenlane 文华饮食中心的砂煲鸡饭。加入了蛋、香肠片、蘑菇片和鸡肉块为主元素的砂煲鸡饭卖相很吸引人，可惜这煲砂煲鸡饭的水份控制没那么好，所以饭吃起来会显得比较湿，可不会粘稠。而调出来的黑酱味道和整体吃起来的味道均不错。 continue reading
