Thai food has always been one of my favourite cuisines to enjoy, so I was quite excited to know that a cousin of mine has bought over the myElephant franchise. Especially opening one quite near where I lived. So I brought mum there over the weekend because she too enjoy a good thai food.For starters we ordered their Som Tam Malakor which is a papaya salad because it isn't a proper thai meal without it. Although for rm15 the portion is small, but at least it tasted good. There was a good citrus and spicy punch that we always look for in a kerabu salad.Since it was still early, we did not want to eat too much or anything that's too heavy, we decided to share a Pad Thai which was available on their lunch set. For rm11.90, this seemed more worth it than the salad even if the portion is just enough for the two of us. However for anyone with a slightly bigger appetite would need more than one plate. I liked that the sauce was sweet and sour with a nice hint of spice to tantalize your tastebuds at the same time. Not the best, but still not the worst. For the price that we paid and dish that we got, I would say that it was only so so. But that is only cause I prefer thai food from another place that's more worth it in my opinion.Other than that, the food here is good.
